Outlander Prequel Details

I know over two years ago I wrote a blog post about Diana Gabaldon confirming on twitter that she is writing a novel about Jamie Fraser’s parents here is the link https://booknotions.com/outlander-prequel/ . What happened last year was news did come out that a prequel Outlander show was happening. Today news was confirmed the show would be about Jamie’s parents. The title of the Outlander show is called “Outlander Blood of My Blood.” According to my source Variety.com Diana Gabaldon, the author of the novel series on which “Outlander is based, will serve as a consulting producer on the series.

 Outlander fans what do you think? I think the book and the show have potential. I haven’t read the Outlander books I have watched the show though. It would be interesting to see Jamie’s parent’s story since we don’t know too much about them. The possibilities are endless. Even though we might get sick of prequels, and sequels etc, if done write I will give it a chance.
