In A Holidaze Being Adapted for Netflix

Fellow Christina Lauren fans I have great news! Yesterday as I was scrolling through Instagram, Christina Lauren who are both Queens of Rom-Coms (romantic comedies) , posted on Instagram news about In A Holidaze getting the Netflix adaptation treatment which you can read in this link from Deadline https://deadline.com/2024/11/in-a-holidaze-movie-tiffany-paulsen-in-works-netflix-1236181586/ . For those who love romance & rom-coms if you haven’t read In A Holidaze you must! Maeyln Jones is unhappy in her life with her new job and having to move back home. Maeyln also has a crush on a family friend (we can all relate) but is afraid to act and what’s worse is her parents are selling the cabin they go to for the holidays. Maelyn makes a wish for the universe to please show her what will make her happy. Before the car crashes she wakes up on a plane to Utah. The time loop will only continue until Mae figures it out.

Wow does time fly! I know I plan on rereading the book so I can then do a book vs adaptation review! While I know right now news just broke about In A Holidaze getting a Netflix adaptation, I can’t wait to see who they cast. I either want Sidney Sweeney or Meghann Fahy to play Maelyn.
