Nicole Kidman Producing a Good Marriage Adaption and More

News has been floating around that A list actress Nicole Kidman is the executive producer of a series adaption of  A Good Marriage by author Kimberly McCreight. A Good Marriage is currently under development at Amazon. Lizzie Kitsakis, an under paid prosecutor discovers that her marriage to Sam who she thought was perfect, wasn’t so perfect after all. On top of that her friend Zach calls her from Rikers prison asking for help. Zach’s wife Amanda was found dead at the bottom of the stairs at their home, and Zach is the main suspect. I can’t wait to read the book and see how Amazon does with the series.

Nicole is no stranger to producing, she has previously produced and starring in Big Little Lies series on HBO based on the book series by Liane Moriarty. Big Little Lies has won 5 Emmy’s and 4 Golden Globes.  Nicole Kidman is also starring in and is executive producing the upcoming HBO limited/mini series “The Undoing,” based on the novel “You Should Have Known” by Jean Hanff Korelitz, as well as a series adaptation of “Big Little Lies” author Liane Moriarty’s “Nine Perfect Strangers” at Hulu.

Also at Amazon, Nicole and Blossom Films are currently developing adaptions of “Pretty Things” by Janelle Brown and Janice Lee’s “The Expatriates.” As well as being an amazing actress, Nicole is keeping herself busy with producing. I can’t wait to see how well all her projects do.
