More Game of Thrones Spin-Off Series

A lot has been going on lately and not only that I’ve been going through an extremely bad book rut. Luckily the book I’m reading right now which is, “The Rose Code,” by Kate Quinn getting me out of it. Good news is HBO is making more spin off series based on the three short stories, Sea Snake, Flea Bottom and 10,000 Ships. According to comicbook.com and Deadline, Of the three, Sea Snake is furthest along in the development process with Bruno Heller (Gothic, Rome) attached to the creative team. Flea Bottom and 10,000 Ships are in the earlier stages and do not have any writers attached.

 Sea Snake is said to focus Corlys Valaryon who is a seafaring explorer. Flea Bottom will be about the poorest area of Kings Landing which is the capital of the famous Westeros. 10,000 Ships will follow the warrior Princess Nymeria and the surviving members of the Rhoynar people as they flee Essos for Dorne following their defeat at the hands of the Valyrians. Nymeria eventually married Mors Martell of House Martell, the rules of Dorne in Game of Thrones. So what do you all think of this fellow Game of Thrones fans? Hopefully they all do well and get better endings than the main show did.
