Last Thursday I finished the short story anthology by Marisa Labozetta titled Men Who Walk In Dreams. There are many different stories. One story is about a corporate worker who quits to create the worlds greatest mozzarella cheese, an Italian Snake festival which is really a Catholic celebration of St. Patrick & a part two to the Mozzarella story with an immigrant from El Salvador fleeing to America & a wife who has two men dangling at her finger tips her husband and a lover.
Stories & Writing
With any short story anthology, some stories are obviously going to be better than the other. My favorite one was the Snake Festival story since it’s a Catholic celebration of the feast of Saint Patrick. Those who know me well enough by now knows I’m a devout Catholic so any stories that have Catholics in it, I’m obviously going to enjoy. It was also humorous. I also like the Mozzarella story & I didn’t even mind the part two story. Some of these short stories should become novels. I also think Marissa Labozetta’s writing flows like a river.
