Code Breakers
Code Breakers
Code Breakers tells of two detectives
word genius and trash talking tattooed Maggie Moore and Detective Silas Gabrial
Jackson. The two decide to open their own private investigation agency. They
investigate branding, wanting to rescue Maggie’s friend Lucy from a religious
cult to also Maggie wanting to find out who her real father is.
Great Potential But Too Much Going On
I like the idea, and the setting in Florida, I was enjoying it
at first but then became disinterested real fast. I think there was too much
going on between rescuing the friend from the cult, investigating the branding
on that one guy’s butt and then Maggie wanting to find out about her real
father. The characters I wasn’t invested in either. I didn’t hate them, but I
didn’t love them either. Maggie dropping every curse word including the F bomb
became overdone fast. I’m not a prude but there is such a thing as overdoing
it. I was more interested in Maggie wanting to rescue her friend Lucy from the
religious cult and wished that was the focus of the novel. Code Breakers is
available today on August 11th, wherever you get your books!
