Theres a brutal prosecutor Ahn Tran who uses any methods to get guilty verdicts even if there may be innocents as collateral damage.
Her Cold Justice was Lukewarm
I loved Robert Dugoni’s book he co-wrote with Chris Crabtree and Jeff Langholz titled Hold Strong, & while I haven’t read any of his mystery thrillers I was excited to read this one. I like that you can read these books in the Keera Dungan books as standalones whether others agree or disagree. I like the backstory of Ahn Tran and why she is the way she is. This wasn’t for me. I’m not sure if the story & pacing that didn’t captivate me or if legal courtroom thrillers are for me. It could be a combination of both. Regardless I plan on reading Robert’s other books. Her Cold Justice comes out today on January 27th wherever you get your books!
