Great Historical Fiction, A Story of love, loss and The American Dream

As a lover of historical fiction, I had a feeling I would like this book! It was a quick read too. I like how it wasn’t just about Roza’s finding a husband, or trying to fit in. I like how her new dream in America was to open a ballet school. Roza’s also had to discern the difference between letting go of the past while also meaning not giving up her heritage and forgetting where she came from and how she got there. I did feel that it took a while for the chemistry to build between Roza’s and Finn and it was annoying her constantly pining over Joe. Other than that, I enjoyed it. The Jilted Countess is available today on January 13th wherever you get your books! If you enjoy historical fiction, I highly recommend this!
