The Grave Artist: A Tale of a Killer Artist

The Grave Artist: A Tale of a Killer Artist

A wedding should be the happiest day of a married couple’s life and a celebration involving family and friends from both sides of the family. That day goes from blissful to terrifying when shortly after the couple marry, the groom is found dead… The incident seems to be an accident since the body was found in water. Homeland Security Investigations agent Carmen Sanchez & her partner, Security Expert Jake Heron both discover the tragedy is no coincidence as similar deaths have happened an ocean away. What’s causing these deaths?  A serial killer dubbed The Honeymoon Killer. The Honeymoon Killer gets his inspiration for his macabre art by killing the unsuspecting bride or groom and feeding off the mourners. Can Carmen & Jake find the killer and stop him from killing whoever is next or will Carmen & Jake eventually become his next victims?

Twists In Turns That Guarantee A Wild Ride

I love most of the characters, especially Carmen, Jake & Carmen’s sister Selina. Carmen and Jake’s chemistry is on fire. There were twists after twists that made me go, “Holy Cow!” Cause I wasn’t expecting them at all and that’s how exciting the story was. The chapters from the killer’s point of view added the creep factor as we get a glance into his backstory and his twisted mind. The ending leaves off for a sequel. This was my first time reading anything by both Jeffrey Deaver & Isabella Maldonado. If you’re a fan of both authors or if you’re a new comer like I am, and enjoy mystery thrillers full of twists and turns, get a copy of The Grave Artist  out today on September 9th wherever you get your books!
