No Safe Harbor: Keeps you harboring for more

No Safe Harbor: Keeps you harboring for more

Back in May I did a Q&A & Authors In The Media Q&A with author Ned Hickson & he was also kind enough to send me a copy of No Safe Harbor. Our story begins when private investigator Shane McPhearson sees an abandoned boy named Jacob in the park. Shane soon finds out that Jacob wasn’t abandoned & that his mother was shot and killed by two corrupt cops working for a mobster. The question isn’t so much as a who done it but a why done it? As Shane tries to put all the pieces together, he also will do anything to protect Jacob.

Writing, Story, Characters & Excellent Epilogue

No Safe Harbor is a great mystery to end the New Year. The writing is excellent, and the story is fast paced. I also like the characters of Shane, Samantha “Sam”, who owns a popular diner & Jacob. I also like how the story takes place in the late 90s. I was a little girl in the late 90s so it does bring back memories. I love how there’s a mystery, action some romance between Shane & Sam. Also the epilogue left me wanting for more and I can’t wait to read more of Shane’s adventures in Harbinger of Truth & in future books!
