Outlander Prequel!

Fellow Outlander fans I have wonderful news. In case you haven’t heard, last week on Diana Gabaldon’s twitter she confirmed that on top of working on the 9^th book in the Outlander series called “Go Tell The Bees That I Am Gone,” she let it be known she has other stories in the work. One of these stories in the works are a prequel book about Jamie Frasier’s parents. This was confirmed after a fan tweeted Diana asking if she had ever thought of writing a prequel to Outlander about Jamies parents. Diana replied back to the fan confirming that the book is in the works.

Obviously while it might be too early to know when this prequel will be coming out, we know book 9 of the Outlander series will be finished this year and published next year. Although I’ve never read the books, my grandmother, my mom and my friends and I watch the show. The book series has been going on since the early 90s. I hope the Outlander prequel is just as good as the main series.
